From Hobby Lobby to Jimadors, in November of 2014 I switched e commerce inspired by God for experiences y agave, Weber blue that is. Starting with more frequent check-ins, I helped to implement a more collaborative creative process with faster iterations and scrappy tactical solutions that pulled the margins back to a healthy level without overworking the team. We saved on man hours and partner costs while producing disruptive campaigns and clean site designs.
